Buntheep Performing The Blessing Dance		Buntheep Playing Molly in Annie

Dear Partners and Friends of CCAM,

One of our 12-year-old students named Buntheep Chun (who played the part of Molly in our 2006 production of "Annie" and toured Europe with our performing team in the Fall of 2006) has just been diagnosed with a fast-growing brain tumor. The only MRI machine in Cambodia is broken, so we have gotten a CAT Scan reading that has located the 4 1/2 cm growth right in the center of her brain. The main symptom showing up at the moment is loss of vision and the mobility of one eye. The CCAM doctor, Andres Guglielmetti (OMF), cannot make a definitive diagnosis about the exact type of tumor without an MRI, but insists that this is an extreme emergency.

Please pray that our Lord Jesus Christ will miraculously heal Buntheep by His power, or if He prefers to use a human instrument, that He will provide the funds ASAP to take her to Thailand (or somewhere else) to get surgery or any other special medical treatment that she needs.
