Dear CCAM Partners and Friends,

There are two new CCAM webpages now available online. One of them introduces our proposed CCAM Ministry Center to be built in Kompong Chhnang province, just two hour's drive from Phnom Penh. At www.ccamvision.org you may now view pictures of this project and read about its history, its current status, and about future building plans. First click top-link PRAYER REQUESTS and then PRIORITY REQUESTS, which will open the CCAM Ministry Center page.

We hope that you will add this priority request to your prayer list. If you have been following our updates about rental housing difficulties throughout these many years, you will understand how desirable it is for us to finally have our own place (including a home, school, and performing arts center) especially designed for the unique needs of the CCAM family and ministry.

Having our own place will mean that landlords can no longer persecute us by charging exorbitant rents, neglecting to fulfill their promises agreed by contract, evicting us from the premises, or refusing to return our deposits. It will mean that our current programs can function more efficiently due to better designed and constructed facilities. There will be more student dormitories, school rooms, offices, guest rooms and staff apartments, plus larger kitchen/dining hall and medical/dental clinic. Not only that, but we can reconstruct our recording studio that was lost when we were evicted in 2008, and also build an indoor theater, so that our performances will not be threatened by inclement weather, as they often are when we perform on our outdoor stage.

Having our own place will mean that additional facilities can be provided for proposed new ministries (for example, the rescue of widows with small children living on the streets, or the rescue of newborn babies often discarded in rubbish bins). In addition, there will be plenty of room to grow our own food and to provide open space and fresh air for our children to play, opportunities that are denied to us while living in cramped quarters in the city. Please pray that "God will supply all of our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:19)
