FROM ONE, TO FOUR, TO SIX, TO EIGHT

Dear CCAM Partners and Friends,

When the CCAM school opened in 1995, we had only one Macintosh computer for training students. Later four similar computers were donated, and we opened our first computer lab. In 2004, we discarded those old computers that had become dysfunctional and purchased six refurbished PC desktop computers with donation money. Now in 2014, we are once again discarding old dysfunctional computers and upgrading our computer lab with eight donated used laptops brought back by Kelsey when she returned from her trip to America in 2013.

Kelsey and two of our students have been busy cleaning and setting up the new lab. And Deth, our local volunteer computer consultant, has worked countless hours installing new programs, backing up files, and networking the new computers to the printer. Praise God!

Throughout the years, many other volunteers have sacrificed their time and talents to refurbish computers, install new programs, back up files, set up networks, and teach computer skills to our students. And many donors have provided financial or in-kind donations for our ongoing computer needs. Praise God for all of these CCAM partners through whom He has caused our computer program to grow!

And we especially thank God for calling Kelsey to partner with us long-term here at CCAMS in Cambodia. She has taken over Sophun’s previous job as computer teacher, since his current responsibilities in other areas have increased. Please pray for her, and for all of the CCAMS computer students, as they begin this exciting new phase of training!

Gratefully,
The CCAMS Family
