Dear CCAM Partners and Friends,

At the last minute, the authorities at Prey Sar Prison postponed our April 25 outreach until Saturday, May 3. In the meantime, many students and staff at CCAMS have come down with a nasty virus! Please pray that everyone involved in the prison outreach will be healed quickly and filled with strength to travel on Saturday to bless the inmates, guards, and children with gifts, dance presentations, and the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Noren led our team to prepare care packages of supplies for 632 inmates, plus gifts for 15 children, 5 guards, and 120 police! Many people, including CCAMS students and staff have made special donations. Even the youngest children donated sacrificially from their meager allowances! Pastor Jim Dycus from the U.S. raised $1,900 to help cover the cost of the care packages! He also brought donations of beanie babies and golf shirts.

Please continue to pray that God will open the hearts of those at the prison to receive the Good News of hope that we will bring through Pastor Kakada’s preaching, testimonies, and the CCAMS artistic presentations.
