Dear CCAM Partners and Friends,
After the stressful happenings throughout December, and the concentrated labor of love to prepare the CCAMS Family Christmas Celebration in mid January, all of us at CCAMS were finally able to set aside some recovery time, both personally and as a family, for prayer, meditation, grieving, resting, going on fun outings, and encouraging one another. Although grieving is a necessary step along the road to recovery from trauma, it must eventually be followed by a gradual reengagement with life! As we sought the Lord for His direction, He urged us leaders to create and launch a new academic and arts program especially designed for the needs of the remnant. This provides them a comfortable structure within which to enjoy varied opportunities for holistic integration of general academics, Bible, English, computer, music, dance, drama, visual art, and creative writing, along with fellowship, worship, discipleship, work, play, personal time, special activities, etc.
