Dear CCAM Partners and Friends,

In order for CCAMS to be fully restored, practically speaking, we are asking God to lead us to our new house, to replenish our family with a full complement of students and staff, and to provide a strong base of financial support to sustain the total ministry.  In this newsletter, we are excited to report about one of God’s miraculous provisions in answer to our prayers!

Ever since we published our Facebook photo album, “Housing Breakthrough,” and note, “Housing Update,” we have been praying and waiting for the mother of the landlord to decide if she would be willing to rent the house to us, instead of holding out for a buyer. Every time we checked with the landlord, she seemed resolute in her decision not to rent.

Yesterday, everyone at CCAMS went to visit the house.  After walking through the property from the first to the third floor, we formed a circle to read Philippians 4:6-7, 19 together.  Then each of us prayed around the circle, thanking God for all of His blessings, confessing our sins, and asking Him to provide for CCAMS the house of His choosing; if this house, that the landlord’s mother would decide to rent to us (or God would raise up a donor to buy it for us), or if another house (hopefully similar to this one), that He would show it to us before our eviction deadline the first of May.

Today, our Christian real estate agent called to announce that the landlord’s mother has agreed to rent the house to us!  Praise the Lord!  She is asking $4,000 per month for two years, giving us time to raise funds to buy it at the end of the lease, should we so desire.

The real estate agent told us that, after everyone at CCAMS came to visit the house and pray yesterday, the landlord went to plead with his mother to have mercy on us, because we are doing such a good work and cannot find any other suitable house to rent!  The house renovations are projected to be completed by late April...just in time!

The two signs we had asked from God concerning this house have now been given, that the landlord would agree to rent the house to us, and that the rental fee would be no more than $4,000 per month.  Every time in the past when we have moved to new facilities, God has orchestrated financial provisions to pay for whatever He has directed us to do through the signs requested.

Praise God that one-time donations in January totaled more than in any other month for years!  Also, two supporting churches have recently increased their monthly pledges!  Provision of a strong base of regular financial support will be the next priority to pray for and to expect for the future!
