HOUSING BREAKTHROUGH
January 31, 2016

Dear CCAM Partners and Friends,

Praise the Lord! We believe that we may have found our new house!  Click here to see some photos (not all areas of the house are shown).

This house is similar to the previous one we showed you, in that it is artistically designed and is very large and well organized to meet our specific needs. However, it is not quite as large as the previous house and is refurbished instead of brand new (thereby bearing a cheaper price tag). Nonetheless, it is still adequate to comfortably accommodate the remnant, plus as many others as we had before the exodus. An added bonus is that the land upon which this new house is built is much larger than that of the previous one, so there is more room outdoors for the children to play, as well as for CCAM to set up a stage and host celebrations!

When we first went to see the house yesterday, we were told that the landlord was asking $3,000 per month to rent it and $2,300,000 to buy it. However, today we were told that the landlord no longer wants to rent it, but would sell it for 2 million. We have an appointment to meet the landlord at 4:30 pm tomorrow (Monday) to find out if he might still rent it to us. If not, the only way for us to get it would be for God to call on His servants with the gift of giving to buy it for us! Please pray that, if this is the house God has chosen for us, that He will perform a miracle to ensure that we get it!

Although the house is already well equipped to meet most of our needs, we would like to ask the landlord to enclose a couple of spaces to create additional rooms and to add a few more bathrooms in strategic areas. Please pray that he would be willing to make those changes while he still has his workmen there doing the refurbishing.

This house should be completed in about one month, so if God provides it for us, we could move in sometime in March. If that happens, pray that God will send volunteers to help us move, because we no longer have enough students and staff to handle it by ourselves.

While rejoicing in hope, still waiting on the Lord,
The CCAM Family
